After You Go Live
Spend ten minutes a day for the first week reading conversations. Look for answers that were technically correct but unhelpful, such as a long reply to a simple question, and tighten your policy wording where that happens. Also check that escalations reach the right person with enough detail to act on.
Fix gaps in your policies, adjust tone, and add answers that are missing. You are teaching the agent how your store works, and small corrections early make a lasting difference. Keep a short list of fixes so you can see your own progress week by week.
